We have lost one of our very best and brightest, and I have lost one of my best friends. I will forever remember all that we achieved together over the last 20 years, and the fun we had along the way. My heartfelt condolences to Sam's family whose loss is far greater. Please know that he was loved and appreciated by many for the positive difference he made to our lives.
