Sam was one of the first people I worked with at DB. He was such a calm, reassuring, unflappable and encouraging person to work with, who was incredibly kind to me in those tricky early days and someone I always enjoyed working with and interacting with in the years since. He left a huge impression on the organisation, was a powerful force for positive change and someone I admired, esteemed and respected greatly.
